Leyard Europe Brings Cutting-Edge LED Technology to the Bratislava University of Economics Auditorium
Leyard Europe, a leader in visualisation technology, proudly announces the completion of a groundbreaking LED wall installation at the Bratislava University of Economics. In collaboration with trusted partner, AP Media s.r.o., Leyard Europe has completed one of the first large-scale LED display installations in a Slovak educational institution.
AP Media s.r.o. approached Leyard Europe in June 2023, initiating the project. AP Media won the tender, and the order was finalised in August 2023. The installation was completed by the end of December 2023, aligning perfectly with the university’s academic calendar.
This state-of-the-art LED screen, which measures an impressive 7.5 by 4.5 metres, now serves as the focal point of the university's auditorium. Replacing the traditional projection canvas, it delivers a vibrant, high-definition visual experience that previous technologies cannot match. The new display offers superior brightness, contrast, and colour vibrancy, setting a new standard for educational environments.

Their advanced features significantly enhance the overall experience.” The Leyard NEV Series boasts full front serviceability, installation, and HDR readiness. Manufactured in Prešov, Slovakia, the series offers short lead times and environmentally friendly transportation routes.
The project involved overcame several challenges, including architectural restrictions and scheduling the installation during holidays. AP Media expertly managed these aspects, integrating an audio and video conferencing system alongside the LED wall.
This project is one of several recent initiatives in the educational market for Leyard Europe and AP Media s.r.o. Together, the two companies are transforming educational spaces across Slovakia with innovative technology solutions.
